A. SourceTracer is the name used for users trained and certified on the software.

Q. How do I become a member of the Partner’s Access Circle?
A. Membership is free for SourceTrac partners and customers. Members are connected to a network of national “SourceTrac(ers )” which provides valuable input for future versions of the software, and on sharing best practices (and resources).

Q. Will SourceTrac’s software fit into my enterprise computing environment?
A. Yes, SourceTrac software utilizes industry standard components including Microsoft Windows 2000 Server and Microsoft SQL Server 2000, and is based on non-proprietary standards, methodologies, and technologies such as Service-Oriented Architecture, Web Services, etc.

Q. How difficult is it to install and maintain the “client” for SourceTrac software?
A. Not difficult at all! The SourceTrac user interface is simply a current “browser” like Microsoft’s Internet Explorer.

Q. Will SourceTrac software work with some of my existing applications?
A. Absolutely! Sourcetrac software is based on an open architecture that supports interfacing to or integrating with other applications.

Q. Does SourceTrac have any competitors?
A. Not exactly! SourceTrac software is positioned as a cutting edge technology that provides a unique collaborative resource manage approach. SourceTrac is built on an open architecture that supports interfacing to or integrating with other CIMS and other technologies to enhance functionality.

Q. Does SourceTrac provide end-user training?
A. SourceTrac will provide on-site, end-user training designed to meet the needs of each unique installation and user base.

Q. How will SourceTrac support me after my installation is complete?
A. SourceTrac provides Technical Support by both email and toll-free telephone access to its customer support staff. In addition, SourceTrac offers different service packages to meet the needs of our partners.

Q. Will SourceTrac protect my investment by continuing to develop and enhance its products?
A. SourceTrac is dedicated to on-going product development through our Centers of Excellence and provides different version releases throughout each year as a part of its annual maintenance agreement.
